Since 2020, I have held the position of daily operations manager and e-commerce manager at No78. My responsibilities span a wide range—from overseeing the company’s digital infrastructure to engaging in day-to-day customer interactions. I bring strong business acumen and experience working strategically across departments.
With my academic background in IT and Digital Design, concepts like usability testing, UX/UI design, workshops, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, as well as front- and backend development, are all part of my everyday vocabulary. Throughout my roles at both No78 and Benedikte Utzon, I have consistently applied my expertise in service design, strategic design, user experience, and interaction design to bridge the gap between users and digital products.
I have also led user testing initiatives and conducted data analysis to enhance the digital presence and performance of the businesses I’ve worked with, always with a strong focus on creating better, more meaningful user experiences.

- Creating and maintaining the digital identity (webshop, newsletter, marketing, etc..)
